This vehicle was owned by the same person since 1977. It is a beautiful car in very nice condition considering it is 32 years old. It needs some attention like the emergency brake cable is broken and under the hood could use detailing and paint. This vehicle came from ILL so there is some chassis rust. The body is very nice. The engine runs very well with the exception of a cold engine. The carbs probably need adjustments for better cold starting and driveability. This car drives very nice and all the windows and sunroof work properly. Once it is warmed it cruises down the road very nice. There is a noise and vibration from either the rear end or axle(s). We had a pretty bad vibration above 40 when we first drove the car. We replaced the driveshaft with a rebuilt unit and it cured about 80% of the noise and vibration. This car needs a good home with someone that knows these cars and can take care of them properly. If you have any questions call Tim at 919-889-2201.
